Shipping Policy

Ⅰ. Scope of Service

  • This platform provides services within Australia, including metropolitan areas and most regions.

  • Some areas may not be accessible or may require further confirmation, such as remote or hard-to-reach regions (e.g., parts of Western Australia, Northern Territory, or remote postal codes).

Ⅱ. Pricing and Delivery Information

  • Orders over or equal to 139.00 AUD are eligible for free shipping.

  • Orders under 139.00 AUD will incur a standard shipping fee of 7.20 AUD.

  • All product prices include the 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

  • We use the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model, meaning all taxes and fees are included in the listed price, and there are no additional costs at delivery.

Ⅲ. Order Processing and Delivery Time

  • Order processing time:

    • Orders paid before 6:00 PM (AEST) will be processed the same day.

    • Orders paid after 6:00 PM (AEST) will be processed the next day.

    • Orders paid on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping time: Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days after processing.

  • Estimated delivery time: Expected delivery in 8-14 working days, depending on customs clearance, weather, and shipping conditions.

  • Shipping carriers: DHL, FedEx, and UPS are our partners for delivery, all offering full tracking.

  • Delay notifications: If delays occur, we will inform you via email.

Ⅳ. Order Tracking

  • After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with:

    • Your order number

    • Carrier name

    • Tracking link

  • You can track the shipment status and expected delivery date using the provided link.

Ⅴ. Delivery Issues and Damaged Goods

  • Please check the package immediately upon receipt.

  • If any of the following issues are found:

    • Missing or incorrectly delivered package

    • Severe packaging damage

    • Damaged or defective products

  • Please take clear photos and contact our customer service team within 48 hours.

  • After reviewing the case, we will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund.

  • Any return or additional costs due to incorrect shipping details or contact information provided by the customer will be borne by the customer.

Ⅵ. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Before shipment:

    • You can request changes to shipping details or cancel your order within 72 hours after placing the order.

  • After shipment:

    • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
